Louis and Alex are discussing their respective encoutrers with Andrea outside of the hotel. Andrea arrives and walks past Louis who has extended his arm to escort her in, and says hello to Alex. Andrea enters the hotel and asks George to get the paperwork ready for Louis and Alex.

George asks Andrea to talk about his proposal from the night before. Andrea tells George that they had some great times, but their relationship isnt working for her anymore. George offers to do anything to make it work, and Andrea says there is no use, her mind is made up. George says he saw how she talked to Alex and Louis.

George tells the head chef and the waitstaff manager to convince Alex and Louis that they want to leave by making their lives a living hell.

Andrea asks Louis to wait tables for him because they are overbooked for lunch. Things get a little heated when Louis asks if she is going to walk in on him, and she says "I owe you one"

Joey and his crew discuss Louis and his family. Joey orders the guys to go talk to Ritas borther.

In the kicthen Alex is told to wash dishes rather than cook. Louis visits his brother in the kicthen and tells him he was promoted to waitstaff by Andrea, which he considers a signal that he has won their bet and Andrea. Andrea walks in on them and Alex tells her he is a better cook than a dishwasher. Andrea suggest Alex cook for her sometime.

George and Peter discuss Alex. George tells Alex not to get too attached to Louis and Alex, that they will be gone by the end of the day.

Andrea and Louis discuss Alex. Louis tells Andrea he is more of the hopeless romatic, and his brother is a womanizing dog.

Larry Thomas, Ritas brother is putting flowers on tombstones for Louis, Alex and Rita. A goon approaches and encourages Larry to "look at something in his car" when Larry approches the car they push him inside the trunk.

Peter visits Alex in the kitchen. Peter tells Alex that him and his brother might be tested today and to roll with whatever is thrown at them.

Harold calls George into his office and apologizing for Andrea turning his proposal down. Harold tells George he knows he is the right man for Andrea.

George sneaks up on Andrea in the wine cellar and apologizes for proposing to her in front of so many people. George trys to make up with Andrea, and when he tries to kiss her she slaps him and leaves.

The head chef asks Alex to go through the garbage bags and look for a reciept from yesterday. The waitstaff manager approaches Louis and tells him to meet her in the wine cellar where he "wont need clothes". When he arrives in the wine cellar she tells him to remove 8 years worth of gunk from the bottom of some tables with his fingernails.

Andrea encounters Alex outside digging though the trash and tells him to stop. Things get heated when he offers to fix her dress, and Andrea says "You cook and sew, what are you the perfect man?".

Peter encouters Louis in the wine cellar and tells him to do whatever they ask him to today at the hotel they are just testing them. Louis asks Peter is he knew his father and Peter has to cover up the fact that he is Louis's father.

Louis passes Alex and Andrea headed into her office. When they arrive Alex starts to look at her dress and trys to fix it. Andrea tells Alex that Louis called him a heartbreaker. Louis says "maybe I haven't found the right girl yet". As repayment he asks that she not listen to anything his brother says.

After fixing her dress Alex and Andrea exit. Louis interrupts them and tells Alex to return to the kicthen. Alex gets back at him by calling the hotel and having someone interrupt Louis and Andrea and tell them Louis's girlfriend is on the phone.

Suzy is sitting alone at the bar and George approaches. Suzy asks George to join her. As George starts to sit down an employee brings a list of perosnal care items to George his sister has asked for him to bring home with him, letting us know she has control over him.

Louis confronts Alex in the kitchen and tellls him he is not playing fair. While the two begin to fight over Andrea and are interrupted by the head chef and waitstaff manager who tell them they have a job for them.

Louis and Alex are forced to mop the kicthen. Alex reminds Louis that he is the reaosn they are forced to have these jobs in the first place.

George arrives home and is chastized by Victoria for not being able to get Andrea back. She says that if he can't get her back then they will wait and strike.

Louis and Alex share a beer, and decide that no woman is worth destroying their relationship. the two make a deal to both not go after Andrea.

Back in New Jersey Larry is being beaten by Joey and his men. They threaten to shoot him in the face, and he tells them that Alex and Louis's father lives in Los Angeles.
