Estranged - Recap

Shocked by Peter’s news that he is his father Louis exclaims, “You’re not my father”. Louis tells him that as far as he’s concerned his father is till dead. Louis shoves Rita into Peter and tells them all that they are going to pay for this and that he has no family. Louis rushes out of the house, as Rita cries.

Once Louis leaves Alex tells Rita that they will work things out with Louis. Rita blames all of their family’s problems on Andrea and tells her that she has caused all of the problems in their family.

Outside Louis gets into the car with Cully and tells him he just found out peter is his father. He adds that he will not rest until Alex has been as hurt as he has.

Alex and Andrea talk about Rita’s outburst in another room. Andrea tells Alex that she needs some time to think about all of the things have happened.

Alex returns to the room with Rita and Peter and tells them that they need to stick together as a family. When Rita says that Andrea is not a member of their family Alex tells them they should leave so Andrea can be alone.

George and Victoria return to the house and tell Andrea to leave their property. Before she leaves they ask her to give them the combination to the safe in her room. She gives them the combination, but when they open the safe the jewels are not there. George and Victoria catch up to Andrea and George searches Andrea in a seductive fashion. When he determines the jewels are not actually on her he lets her go and she slaps him in the face.

When Andrea gets outside of the house she meets Sadie who has taken the jewels out of the safe and hands them to Andrea.

Andrea arrives back at Jessica’s. Jessica is listening to a self-help book and is surrounded by other self-help books. When Jessica tells her that she wishes Andrea still lived with her, Andrea says that’s just what she came to talk to her about.

At a club across town Louis bumps into Suzy who tells him that she can help him with payback for Alex and Andrea because she knows everyone’s dirty secrets.

In New Jersey, Cara stops by to see Vincent. When Vincent asks to speak to Lucio, Cara tells him Lucio is dead. Cara suggests to Vincent that he be her right hand man, and the two of them carry on the Gamarra legacy together.

At Jessica’s Louis knocks on the door as Andrea and Jessica return from sunbathing at the beach. When Andrea asks what he is doing there he says he has come for her. He tells her that he still loves her, and he wants things to go back to the way things were before he left. Louis says he can forgive Andrea and Alex if she leaves Alex and loves him again. Andrea refuses, telling Louis that she is in love with Alex. Andrea brings up all the lies Louis told them in order to be with her. Andrea tells him she should have never started things with him. A hurt Louis tells her that they both will pay, and she will regret she ever set eyes on him.

When Louis returns to his hotel room he begins breaking things, causing a scared Cully to run from the room. Louis drinks a good deal of Brandy, and when Suzy returns with Cully she tells him she has very good news for him. Suzy tells him the restaurant is up for sale, and he should buy the one thing Andrea would want the most.

Alex stops by Jessica’s. Andrea embraces him and tells him about her encounter with Louis. Andrea takes him into her bedroom and shows him the jewels she took from her home. She tells him she wants to reopen the restaurant with Alex as chef, Rita as the pastry chef, and Louis as the manager.
