Episode discussion for: 05x15 | In a World Where the Kings Are Employers (Feb 15, 2009)

I liked the Gaby/Carlos scenes. The storyline with Susan, Mike and Ketherine were good too. MJ is just too damn cute. Lynette and Tom's scenes were so-so. I get that the economy sucks, but do we really have to mention it every other line? That seemed a little overdone.

I agree about the economy remarks, we get it Lynette. If I was Tom I'd make the kids move out! Spoiled brats.

Susan is annoying about her kid problems also. She is so immature. Mike deserved better.

When is the psych doc going to be missed??? Looks like the office would want to talk to him on the phone sometime.

Gaby is back to her $$$ self.

I read somewhere that Edie is leaving the show.

Yeah, Edie's leaving. Hopefully she'll get more of a send off than the whole "I don't want to go camping" scene.

Ditto the thoughts about Lynette and Tom's storyline, I can't believe how spoiled their kids where at hearing they had to help out at the pizzeria.

Susan's storyline I didn't like either. Ok, so she's doing what she's doing to help give MJ a good education, so why is she whining when Kathryn watches MJ while Mike is also at work? She's acting like she's the same age as her son.

Over all, I found this to be a so-so episode, hopefully next week's will be better.

Yeah, the whole show is starting to lose me. I loved the original dark humor but that seems to be gone now. I'm gonna miss Edie too.

By the way, if the economy is so bad on Westeria Lane why is Bree and Company doing so well?

I'm tired of networks, especially ABC, being so erratic in their schedule. I may not watch anything new on ABC.
