Episode discussion for: 05x16 | Crime Doesn't Pay (Mar 08, 2009)
I was hoping this episode would be a little more juicy since the summary mentioned Edie finding Dave out, but it turned out to be kind of a let down. The Orson stealing storyline was kind of odd. I wasn't sure what to make of it. Maria stabbing her husband wasn't too surprising.
Surprisingly, the only storyline I kind of enjoyed was Susan's. |

Susan is always good for something interesting, or annoying. She has a bad habit of storming into someone's house. lol
I also, didn't care for the Orson thief situation, seemed out of place. Maybe if he had stolen before this episode it would feel more like him.
I wonder if Carlos will get his bosses job?? |

My favorite storyline was Susan's, I thought it was funny the way she went about taking back the painting.
Gabby and Carlos' was alright, ditto that what Maria did to her hubby wasn't very surprising.
And as much as I liked Bree in previous seasons, she is getting on my nerves; especially with this episode's storyline. Yeah Orson being a thief seemed out of place, but the way she talked to him about why he was stealing made me feel so bad for him. He's a grown man and not a 3 year old for Christ's sake, try showing him some respect! |

Well, for me when she doesn't act like a Stepford Wife she is somewhat likeable. But how she was in Sunday's episode got on my nerves so bad. |

Yeah, she was pretty awful to Orson. Though, that would drive me to drink, not steal salt shakers. |

I think read somewhere that Edie is in danger.
And that Susan will have a lesbian relationship, which makes sense since she seems to not do well with men. |

I think the word on the street is Edie will be written off by the end of the season, which sucks. In previous seasons she was a great source of entertainment, but lately the Scavo children have gotten more screentime than she has...
