The show opens with Jordan Chase at a seminar in Miami. Some of the things he says obviously do not sit well with Dexter, things like “We are born primal,” and the ever popular, “Take it!” He reflects on his own version of the history of humanity, saying “We’ve traded the wild for pavement,” though he does boast the hearty promise that “we shall be delivered!” Meanwhile Dexter calls to mind the man he is looking for at the moment, Cole Harman: “torturer, rapist, murderer”...
