Dexter finds himself with the upper hand when Doakes tracks him to his latest kill. But when Doakes reveals a secret about Harry's past, Dexter's world comes crumbling down. Meanwhile, Rita starts letting Dexter back into her life, and the Miami Metro PD starts closing in on the Bay Harbor Butcher.

I'm starting to like Rita again. Lila is hotter but dangerous.

But most importantly Doaks is still alive, so far. Dexter's new awareness of his part in his dads death was a big surprise. There must be something else we don't know yet, otherwise we've been mislead.

Only 2 episodes left.

Of probably the best cop show ever.

The shield is the best cop show ever I think. Dexter is an awesome show because it's so different, original (to me anyways) and the main actor plays Dexter so darn well!

I agree that Michael C. Hall is an excellent choice for Dexter.

I've never seen The Shield but do understand that it's very good.

Very gritty, corrupt, and has some really funny spots in it sometimes. I'm glad we have a season 3 to look forward to. Unlike HBO (Carnival & Deadwood) Showtime knows great ratings.
