| Dexter Morgan, a forensics expert by day and killer by night, faces his biggest challenge yet: the Ice Truck Killer, a mass murderer even more perfect and precise than Dexter. And he wants to play.
Showtime's hit is based on Jeff Lindsay's novel Darkly Dreaming Dexter and not only did it earn a respectable audience, but also three Emmy nominations (and two wins). Dexter was also nominated for four Saturn Awards: Best Actor, Supporting Actor, Supporting Actress, and Best Syndicated/Cable Television Series. Also, Michael C. Hall was nominated for a Golden Globe for his portrayal of the deeply disturbed devilish Dexter.
