Clint, Nancy, and Dr. Derek try to figure out a way to get Westbury back from Richard Black, but when they learn that they've been fired, Clint begins to use his home as a clinic. But they all get a surprise when Richard Black discovers that Westbury isn't his anymore. Meanwhile, everyone thinks that they will go crazy if Nate doesn't stop showing them pictures of the baby.
