Doctor Who: Amy's Choice
The Doctor visits Rory and a very pregnant Amy in the quiet village where they've taken up residence after their marriage. However, they soon discover that they're living a dream and are actually in the TARDIS, plummeting toward a cold star. Or... they're in a village and having a dream of the TARDIS plummeting toward a cold star. A mysterious enemy of the Doctor appears and warns them that they must determine which is reality, or they will die.

In the country, a very pregnant Amy is at home and suddenly has birthing pains. She yells for her husband, Rory, who comes running inside and discovers that she's heard a false alarm. They hear a thundering noise outside and Amy looks out the window and realizes that it's the TARDIS. The Doctor steps out and calls for Rory, and asks to see Amy.
