Both episodes were introduced during segments with Noel Edmunds (the first is co-presented with Jon Pertwee)
 
This episode marks Jon Pertwee and Tom Baker's final performances as the Doctor. Peter Davison, Colin Baker and Sylvester McCoy later reprised their roles in numerous Big Finish Audio Adventures.
