Doctor Who: Terror of the Zygons, Part One
The TARDIS lands in Scotland where something has been smashing into oil rigs off the Scottish coast, and UNIT have been called in to investigate. The Brigadier needs the Doctor's help with the investigation, but it soon becomes clear some kind of alien presence is at work.
