Strange voting style game show. In the words of host Rob Jarvis:, “The contestants do not have to answer any questions, undertake any physical challenges or sing any songs.” Instead, they must simply vote each other off round by round, discussing amongst themselves who they will be voting for next. Each has a game plan – whether it’s playing a straight bat or practising deception – and each will be hoping to take home the £5,000 kitty. First, each contestant has to choose between a blue room or a red room as the discussion arena. This is an important factor, as safety in numbers may guarantee entry to the next round. The discussions are a forum in which to suss each other out, guess an opponent’s tactics and form a personal strategy. There are two such discussions in each round before the votes are cast. Each contestant must give their vote to the panellists, psychologist Linda Papadopoulos and advertising strategist Tim Mellors. Privately, the panellists will also dissect the behaviour and body language of the contestants. After two rounds, three people remain, and somebody has to lose. It is the job of
