Double The Fist

This is a scripted extreme sports show where the protagonists perform stunts that are made to look real through the use of camera tricks and cheap computer-generated imagery. There are also segments where people perform several real stunts. Anyone who can pass the challenges is awarded the "Iron Fist", but if anyone fails, they are dismissed as weak or poor.

Most of the scripted stunts are done by members of the "Fist team", who do anything - whether it be injure, humiliate or kill their opponents in order to achieve the "Iron Fist".
