Doug Runs. Doug runs for School Treasurer, but he learns that Willy White, the Mayor White's son, is also running. Since Willy already has people who want to vote for him simply because of his father, he starts making promises he can't possibly keep.

Doug Clobbers Patti. Doug clobbers Patti in bowling, and Skeeter spreads it around school, making Patti feel bad, and Doug feeling even worse. He then tries his hardest to lose, even by doing all possible things to make him unlucky, but he still can't lose.
