And so it begins! On the search for his missing wife, Alex Tully is coerced into heading down to Florida Keys for answers... Wendy Patrakas, desperate to keep her newborn baby away from her violent husband, recieves a call to head to Florida Quays... Winston Salazar, just-bailed from prison by an unknown benefactor, recieves a call with the chance to start his life anew. They are just three of the many given the opportunity to take part in The Race, a secret, and illegal, cross-country road race. As The Race starts, the drivers meet their competitors, as well as the mysterious Corinna, a stowaway on Alex's truck who might have answers to the whole thing - or at least, something very important to The Sponsors of The Race, seeing as they've sent someone after her to retrieve it. As the racers head for their first destination, not everything goes to plan - and one Racer finds themselves first at the mercy of the law, and then at the mercy of The Sponsors... | | There are no foreign summaries for this episode: Contribute |

Ivy's (Taryn Manning) seemingly baseless dislike of Ellie (Mircea Monroe) is possibly a joke on the part of the writers, seeing as Ellie was the role Taryn Manning was originally cast in (see Show Notes) |
