The premiere to the rumored last season of a great show... Very nice I must say...
The first scene was already quite impressive... The coffe cup with a copy of the painting from the crazy painter who cut of his ear...
I don't know, it wasn't really surprising that Abby could take a leading role in the show, but rather that this Ace was already played right in the premiere of the season. Mussolini Moretti is not that of a big man after all 
Nonetheless one thing why I wouldn't want to miss the ep was because of Moretti. Unlike other ppl I don't dislike new leading characters in a show. More so I like if that happens.
The new Intern was kind of boring. I'd rather like to see the crazy Doctor on LSD again.
