A majority thought when Noah Wyle leaves, that would be the death blow to ER, and I thought so too. But that Dr. Clemente character is really breeding new life into the show. What I like about him is they are not making him the next Carter, but a unique character. He should be a regular come next season. This season ain't as good as the past, but it ain't bad either. |

I was glad that ER has made a comeback the past two seasons IMO, but I really was bored with last night's episode. Adding a new doctor at the end of a season is ridiculous and unnecessary. Plus he was a boring prick. It's been so long since a new episode was on that I had forgotten all that was happening. To come back from a hiatus and startup where they left off only works if they remind us of what the story line was about. |

That's exactly what I thought last night. It's been almost four months; we need some sort of reminder.
But that being said, the episode was decent. I was hoping for a stronger return episode, but it wasn't anything special. |

I couldn't remember anything about Kovac from the last episode. When Abby was talking with her sponsor, I kept thinking "what is she talking about." I did remember Abby leaving for rehab, but beyond that ... nothing. The taser gun seen was funny though.
Oh, I must say that I miss repeats. Unlike most people, I watch a lot of sports and sometimes miss a show. Not having the repeat like I grew up with leaves me behind at times...which is why i stopped watching Lost. i know they have most episodes online, but I am usually busy at Rage to watch a show closely online. |

It would have been nice if they aired the last episode before the strike last week to catch everyone back up. The other networks seem to have been doing that lately now that episodes are returning, but nothing I watch on NBC has. |

Or even a "Previously on ER" recap that aired right before the episode aired. |

Yeah, I'm really going to miss it. After that amount of time it just becomes part of your life. Like family that you don't always see that often, but you always know you'll see again soon. But now it's only 3 more episodes
