Actress Angela Bassett, Golden Globe winner for her portrayal of Tina Turner in 1993's "What's Love Got to Do With It, " joins the cast of ER for its final season. Angela will play a tough doctor with a troubled past who has just returned from helping the tsunami ravaged area of Indonesia.
