Sheriff Carter feeling inferior about his lack of PhDs whilst Eureka is peppered with people having umpteen ones each - well, I just don't buy it.

Each week, and sometimes multiple times each week, when things have gone off the boil and everyone is doomed, it is Carter who figures out a solution by thinking outside the box, while all around him the PhDers are lost for what to do, andthen it's Carter who risks his life to carry out the solution.

So no, I just don't buy him in any way feeling about his lack of degree certificates on the wall.

That isn't really a problem I think for Carter, he said it himself to Kevin that he just wants to be himself, and at the end he just interjected that it was nice being on the same level as Allison for once(and I believe just with Allison only).

The problem that I have with this episode is Marcus Blake "the brother" being played by Salli's husband it just creeps me out
