There is always something futuristic and sci-fi going on, cool gadgets, lot's of humor and inside jokes. Each season has a great plot, which is mystic and interesting, and you don't always know who the "bad guys" are, and who's the "good guys". for example, one thing that happened in the pilot episode of Eureka wasn't explained until the season finale of season 2. and the very first thing that happened in season 1, the pilot episode, has yet to be explained. it's so mystical and interesting, and even though it has some so-called "filler" episodes (episodes that won't affect the plot), it still is funny, spectacular and interesting. it has a variety of cast, with a lot of unkown actors. which is a good thing, because it makes the show a bit more original (if you haven't seen the characters before, you cannot compare them to earlier work etc. ).

anyhow, I think it's a really great show, the story is relevant and interesting all the time, and it's frikkin hilarious from time to time.
and since the town is filled with super intelligent people, guess how the environment is like for those who.. well... Has an average IQ!
