When the anniversary of his mother's death quickly approaches, Ephram is forced to confront a repressed memory of his father cheating on his mother. This causes the slow-to-mend rift between Andy and Ephram to grow once again, resulting in a bitter confrontation. Meanwhile, Amy begins to think that Colin isn't doing as well as everyone thinks he is, leading to the Harts finding another doctor.
