  Episode Summary  
Andy starts to believe that Ephram will need more extracurricular activities to get into college, but Ephram only has his eye on one college: Julliard. Amy's parents are alarmed when Amy has no interest in college preparations while Bright's future is threatened by his poor grades. Meanwhile, Andy treats a cheerleader with ruptured breast implants.
