  Episode Summary  
Shocked after learning about Ephram and Madison's relationship, Andy debates whether or not to fire Madison, but his mind is made up for him when Madison decides to quit. Her leaving upsets Delia, making for an unhappy holiday season. Meanwhile, Harold is upset when Amy brings Tommy over for Thanksgiving, leading to Amy running away from home.
