With Ephram in Europe, Andy debates moving out of Everwood and taking a job in Chicago, especially when he is asked to do a procedure on Rose which stirs up emotions from Colin's failed surgery. Harold, upon hearing that Andy might leave, takes it upon himself to get Andy to stay in Everwood, but his plan doesn't go as expected. Meanwhile, Jake and Nina move in together leading Andy to kiss Nina and admit his feelings about her; and Bright finally tells Hannah that he has feelings for her.
