Frank Barone, played by Peter Boyle (1)
Frank Barone is Raymond and Robert's father. He is still married to Marie, the boys' mother, but God only knows why. Since his retirement, Frank seems only concerned about his creature comforts that he believes he's earned. If he had his way, he would just sit around, watch TV, and eat all day, but complain about how the food was prepared. Frank is extremely self-centered and has no qualms about letting others know. Outside of his own little world, Frank's life is dedicated to making sure that his wife, Marie, has nothing to complain about (because he hates listening to her whining and nagging), which usually results in her complaining about Frank or other family members. |
