In Maine, Ty and his team renovate a home for a couple with three children, one who is autistic. Their home is over 100 years old and is believed to be haunted. Among the main problems are an outdated septic system, a lack of insulation, a leaky roof, freezing pipes, a cracked foundation and wiring that is considered a fire hazard.
