In an extended scene from Volume 8:

In order to get Brian to help him get Hannah Montana tickets, Stewie calls Brian into his room to check out his computer.
On the screen Stewie shows Brian a white dog that Brian realizes is his brother Jerry.
Stewie activates an electronic collar Jerry is wearing which causes his head to explode.

Stewie then shows Brian his remaining brothers and sisters in various contraptions of torture, one dog is in a tank slowing filling with water, another in an Iron maiden, another is tied to a table with chocolate dripping into its mouth, another is on a stool over two giant buzz saws, another is on a spit over an open fire, another is on a rack and the last is in a guillotine.

Stewie threatens to kill all of them if Brian doesn't help. Brian agrees but he questions how Stewie could track down 8 dogs that were born years ago on a farm in Texas but he can't get Hannah Montana tickets.

In an extended scene from Volume 8:

Stewie approaches the security guard trying to enter the Hannah Montana show and says he's on the list along with Kanye West.

Brian enters colored brown sporting Kanye type glasses.
When the guard insists Brian prove he's Kanye West, Brian starts singing improvised lyrics to the Sanford and Son theme song.

In an extended scene from Volume 8:

After Miley says they'll hang out, Stewie says “Sweet Nibblets, this is the greatest day of my life”
Brian questions “sweet nibblets” and Stewie says that's Hannah's catch phrase and tells Brian to say it.

When Brian doesn't Stewie pulls out the activation button that would kill his brothers and sisters and Brian quickly relents and says it.

In an altered scene from Volume 8:

After Chris thanks Monkey for the book report, Monkey says he'd “get up but sitting down is the only thing keeping the S_ _t in” instead of “the poo in” that was heard on the televised version.

In an extended scene from Volume 8:

After discovering Miley Cyrus is an android, Brian wonders if Miley dances like a real girl & moves like a real girl, would do other stuff like a real girl if Stewie reprograms her.

When Stewie objects saying “she's 16”, Brian says “I'm 8”, Stewie still isn't sure until Brian reminds him, “You killed my brother you owe me” so Stewie says he'll see what he can do.

In an extended scene from Volume 8:

After Stewie reprograms Miley and she malfunctions, she punches Stewie sending him flying across the room. After Stewie hits the wall, Brian asks if the reprogramming worked.
Stewie tells him, “Um you know, give it a shot Brian but I have to warn you, I think her vagina is also a DVD burner”

In an extended scene from Volume 8:

Before Lois asks Monkey to help Peter and Chris to stop fighting, the scene opens with Monkey sitting on the couch watching TV.
The announcer says, “We now return to great moments in women's stand-up comedy”

Following the announcer, there's 5 seconds of silence before Lois enters the room saying “Sorry to interrupt... nothing”

In the Deleted Scene from Volume 8 titled “Worse Father Than An Alcoholic Elephant”:

When fighting with Peter, Chris tells him he's a worse father then an alcoholic elephant.
(Cutaway to a young elephant in bed being woken up by the phone ringing)
Mikey: “H-Hello”
Mikey's Dad on Phone: “Mikey”
Mikey: “Yeah Dad?”
Mikey's Dad: “You up?”
Mikey: “Yeah”
Mikey's Dad: “You got your car keys?”
Mikey: “Yeah”
Mikey's Dad: “Yeah I'm at Johnny's Tap come and get me”

Episode Goofs
After Chris screams “thanks for nothing Dad”, Monkey's tail is missing.

In the scene showing the crowd running from Miley's rampage with the bus being thrown, the stop light is upside down.

When Miley starts to climb the building we see there's another building directly to its right, but when we see a far shot of the same building, it is surrounded by streets with no other buildings next to it.

When Monkey falls and grabs the side of the building we see a downward view to the street and once again, they're are buildings directly to its left and right.

Cultural References
This episode is based around the “actress” and “singer” Miley Cyrus (1992-) & her alter ego Hannah Montana.

The opening shows Stewie watching Miley's Disney Channel show, “Hannah Montana”, which stars Miley and her father, country singer Billy Ray Cyrus (1961-)

American actresses Ellen Barkin (1954-) & Kelly McGillis (1957-) are mentioned in this episode.

Comedienne Sarah Silverman (1970-) is mentioned in this episode

Chris falls asleep writing a book report on “The Catcher in the Rye”, the 1951 novel by J. D. Salinger.

Chris: “...the slave trade alagory of Curious George...”

“Curious George” is the main character of the popular children's books of the same name written by Hans Augusto Rey.

Miley: “Look at you, you're a regular little Tim McGraw”

Country singer/songwriter Tim McGraw (1967-) is mentioned in this episode.

Visual: “Chris and Monkey Fishing”

During the “Friendship” song montage, Chris and Monkey are fishing and Chris catches the superhero “Aquaman”.
They beat him unconscious, cook and eat him.

Stewie: “Twas beauty that killed the beast”

Stewie's line as well the entire Miley on the top of the building with Peter & Quagmire in the bi-plane is an allusion to the ending of the 1933 classic monster movie “King Kong”
