Episode Goofs
During Diane's story we see the way James Woods and her would secretly meet in hotel rooms.

There's a hanging locking chain but there's no lock on the door for it to slide into.

Also during Diane's story, the wine spill changes from when it happens to when Diane turns and sees James.

Also during Diane's story when she's recalling how and why she killed James Woods, she says she grabbed a steak knife off the table but when she says, “When I realized my mistake”, you can clearly see the table is empty of dishes and silverware.

When Derek is looking down from the balcony, he is looking directly down at the ocean, however...

... this is simply impossible since the exterior shots clearly show the manor is set in the center of a large outcropping.

In fact the area behind the house suddenly grows much larger at the end of the episode as seen when Lois & Diane are walking toward the cliff then it did in the opening exterior shots.

Seamus is seen arriving in a rowboat on a beach. The manor is on a outcropping with shear cliffs around it. There are no beaches around the home for him to land on.

The position Muriel is found laying in after she is stabbed is different when we see it from Diane's retelling of events.

In the DVD version of the episode after the groups decided they will travel in a huddle, they stop at the bathroom so Peter can go.
It's a static shot w/ Quagmire saying a line then Adam West, then Carl, then Consuela.

However, the closed captioning for this episode mistakenly credits Adam West's line as Joe's.
