After a pregnancy scare, Lois convinces Peter to get a vasectomy. Just in case they wanted to have more children, Peter goes to a sperm bank to preserve his sperm. But in a mishap, Peter breaks all the jars and fills them up with his own sperm. Thus, creating Stewie's half-brother and rival Bertram when a lesbian couple decide they want a baby. Meanwhile, Stewie takes his place as king of the playground but when Betram shows up he must defend his terf.

Obviously, it would be nearly impossible for Peter to fill all the Sperm containers by himself in the time he was in the room.
| It's pretty dark outside when Stewie is digging his hole, shouldn't he have been home at that time?
| Of course, if Betram's sperm cell had been transferred into another woman's body, he would not look the same as he did in Emission Impossible; since the egg cell in the lesbian lady would have different genetics than Lois.

The scene where Peter is attacked by a squirrel after defending his nuts; that scene is actually an exact promo scene taken from the movie Ice Age (minus the Peter part). It would be my guess that FOX asked them to add this, since the squirrel (Scat) from the movie had been hosting the "Animation Domination" that night.
