Episode Quotes

Stewie: (glass stuck in head; running in circles) Do I leave it in or do I take it out?! Do I leave it in or do I take it out?! Do I leave it in or do I take it out?!

Julia Roberts: I know a lot of great people died this year, but don't worry, I didn't!

Cultural References

Book Title Allusion

Some titles of Peter's erotica novels are spoofs off the following movies (in alphabetical order): Angela's Ashes, Brave New World, Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince.

Happy Gilmore

The way Peter autographs the woman's breasts is much like the way Adam Sandler did in Happy Gilmore.

Star Wars

The attorney's fight with the Rancor is a reference to Luke Skywalkers fight with a Rancor to save Hans Solo in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi.

The Great Train Robbery

The part where Carter and Peter try to rob the train is an obvious reference to the first 'motion' picture; The Great Train Robbery.

Wheaties Box

Stewie gets hurt when attempting to practice for the Olympics and mentions getting put on the Wheaties cereal box for it. He is referencing the Kerri Strug incident in which her team won the 1996 US Woman's Gymnastic Olympic gold medal because she was able to land a second jump after injuring her ankle in the first one. She collapsed from pain immediatly after, and was put on the Wheaties box because of that performance.

Tracey Ullman Show

The flashback to the Griffin's as crude drawings on the Tracey Ullman Show is a spoof of the old crude Simpson's cartoons that used to air on that show back before the Simpson's were popular.
