After Stewie sees a man on TV in San Fransisco who looks identical to him, he is convinced this man is his father. In another adventure, Stewie, Brian, and Quagmire travel to San Fransisco to find the man, who may or may not be Stewie's real father. Meanwhile, Peter and Lois think that Meg and Chris need to spend more time on the dating scene, and give them dating tips hoping they will spend more time out of the house; so they can have more alone time.

According to the commentary on 'The Untold Story' DVD, when Stewie is sitting on the corner of Haight & Ashbury, the man in purple who says “Dude, I could have sworn that Nerf football was just talking to me” is a representation Seth MacFarlane's father.

When Stewie and the “Can-You-Pick-Me-Up” guy are in the elevator, the interior is much larger when seen from inside the car than when we see it from the lobby.
Without the knowledge from the “The Untold Story” DVD that we're watching a movie that stars the Griffins, the cut to the stunt man disguised as Stewie jumping out of the window makes no sense.
