Episode Quotes
Stewie: Ahhh damn it to the bowels of bloody hell.
Lois: Well the baby's up.

Man: Wow, Lois Griffin, Hey, I love your act! Nice mellons.
Peter: Now listen pal!
Lois: Peter, I'm holding mellons.
Peter: Oh.
Man: And her hooters aint bad either.
Peter: Now hold on a second.
Lois: Peter! I'm holding hooters!
Peter: Oh, sorry.
Man: No problem.
(pause)
Man: Your wife's hot.
Peter: Alright that's it!

Peter: Jeez Lois, I just spent all morning on a boat with my friends drinking beers telling jokes and skrewin' around. How 'bout a little me time?

Peter: Boo Lois, Yay Beer.

Stewie: For the love of God, shake me! Shake me like a British nanny!

Peter: Apologize to my son!(drinks beer)
Manly Woman: OK. I'm sorry your kid's a no-good stinkin' grilled cheese (knocks down Peter's beer) FATASS!
Peter: Oh, oh that's it! (punches her out)
Kid: Hey, you hit my mom!
Peter: No, I hit your dad.
Man: Woah, stand back, give her some air!
Peter: Y-you mean give him some air!
Woman 2: Call an ambulance, she's going into labor!
Peter: Y-you mean he's going into labor...(newborn baby starts crying)...whoops!

Patriot: Peter.
Peter: Hey you're the Pawtucket Patriot.
Patriot: Verily. Come hither and give heed.
Peter: Woah woah woah. I don't swing that way pal. Look I've got a date with my female wife. I just came down to get some beers.
Patriot: Why spend time with your wife? If you build a bar in this basement and stuff it with plenty of Pawtucket Patriots, your friends will come down here for a beer as well.
Peter: Build a bar! That's a great idea. Wait one last question! If I walk through you does that mean like..we've done it?
Patriot: Jeez what's with you and the gay jokes?

Episode Goofs
On this episodes DVD summary it states Meg becomes an acclaimed lounge singer when it was really Lois.

The woman who Peter mistakes for man is wearing a watch or bracelet on her right arm but it's switched to her left when she confronts Peter.
The same thing happens when she and the other wives confront Lois on stage. It's on her right arm when she enters the basement, it's missing & then it reappears.

The mud on Peter's shoes, the rug and his fishing hat he threw on the floor are all missing in the next scene

The Griffin's basement is IMPOSSIBLY large in this episode.

There's an empty glass on the piano when Lois is on stage but suddenly it's full of water

The basement stairs don't have a railing when he's talking to the spirit of Pawtucket Pat but when Lois comes down, suddenly there's a full railing all the way to the bottom

Peter sticks his finger in his booze to help soothe Stewie's colic but the substance looks nothing like what's in his glass

Peter throws his red tackle box on the floor and puts the fish cooler on the coffee table at the start of the episode but when Stewie reverses time to the same point, Peter's red tackle box is on the coffee table

Lois' necklace vanishes briefly when she and Peter have their heart to heart in the burning basement

Lois checks her watch when wondering where Peter is but when she goes to the basement her watch is missing

Cultural References
The opening “Mintos” scene is a commercial parody for the mints “Mentos”

Stewie: “Shake me like a British Nanny”

This is a reference to Louise Woodward, a young English au pair convicted, at age 19, of the 1997 involuntary manslaughter of eight-month-old Matthew Eappen

Mr. Tumnis: “Welcome to Narnia, I'm Mr. Tumnus”
Peter: “Hey give me back my sock you goat bastard!”

Peter is greeted by Mr. Tumnus the faun, when he visits the Land of Narnia from the book series “The Chronicles of Narnia” by C. S. Lewis

Stewie: “E flat Salieri!”

This line is from the 1984 movie “Amadeus”, about the life of Mozart from the point of view of Salieri, a rival composer

Peter: “I can't leave the premises, they're monitoring my every move”

Instead of monitoring Peter's movements, the guard is watching the first video game, “PONG”

Peter: “...all the shows are starting to run together”

Peter's watching Homicide: Life on Sesame Street. A parody of the NBC drama “Homicide: Life on the Street” (1993-1999), featuring the characters Bert & Ernie from the long running PBS series “Sesame Street”

Peter: “I feel just like Tim Allen, I build stuff and I have a criminal record”

Tim Allen was the star of the ABC sitcom “Home Improvement” (1991-1999).
In 1978, he was arrested on drug charges and spent two years in jail.

Misty: “I have a Barney pen in my purse”

(Obvious) reference to the PBS show “Barney & Friends” that began in 1992

Stewie: “Show me the way to go home, I'm tired and I want to go to bed”

Stewie sings the first 2 lines of the folk song and drinking tune “Show Me the Way to Go Home”

Lois sings the songs...

“You'll Never Know”, it was first featured in the 1943 movie “Hello, Frisco, Hello”,
“You Made Me Love You (I Didn't Want to Do It)”, it was first published in 1913 & performed by Al Jolson, Judy Garland, George Burns and the Muppets, Bette Midler among others,
“Don't Rain on My Parade” from the 1964 musical “Funny Girl” starring Barbra Streisand &
“Steam Heat” from the 1954 musical “The Pajama Game”

Peter: “For god's sake, if I wanted to marry Lola Falana I would have”

Peter (apparently) had the chance to marry American dancer/actress Lola Falana however it wasn't Lola Peter was in a relationship with but American actress/singer Leslie Uggams, perhaps best known for her Tony Award-winning work in “Hallelujah, Baby!”

Man in bar: “A time machine sure, here's where the flux capacitor goes”

A quick reference to the 1985 movie “Back to the Future”. The flux capacitor is what powered Doc's Delorian time machine.
