  Episode Quotes
Lois: Ewww, Whats that smell?
Brian: Its either bad meat or good cheese...

Peter: Listen Chris, I read a book saying that women are from Venus, all right, so here's what you get her. Thick layers of sulphuric acid, viscous surface rock, and coronets which seem to be collapsed domes of a large magma chamber. Here's five dollars.

Peter: Wait a minute. Pie? Drunk? The?, I think you got yourself a new sherrif.

(on answering machine)
Herbert: Uh, yeah, I was just wondering, uh... where the newspaper boy was.
(beep)
Herbert: Haven't seen the newspaper in a couple days. Wonderin' if he ever gonna come back.
(beep)
Herbert: Guess who? Sorry to leave you so many messages. Just lonely here. Thinkin' about the muscly-armed paperboy. Wishin' he'd come by and bring me some good news.
(beep)
Herbert: Where are you?
(beep)
Old Man: Ah, you're starting to piss me off, you little piggly son of a bitch. Call me!

Peter: The deep south? Isn't that the place where the black guys are really lazy and all the white guys are just as lazy but they're mad at the black guys for being so lazy?

Robber: I'm gonna go bang my girlfriend and then I'm gonna kill Chris Griffin!
(everyone gasps)
Stewie: Good lord! Can he really say "bang my girlfriend" on TV?

Chris: What did you get from your boyfriends?
Meg: Oh you know from my boyfriend, Prince William, I got this beautiful watch, and this diamond tiara, and a scepter...(goes crazy and runs away crying)
Stewie: She needs to get laid BIG TIME!

Peter: Alright, there's one, let's jump that.
(Peter and Brian do a jump off of the back of a truck)
Peter and Brian: YEEEEEEEHAW!!!!!
(They land)
Peter: Oh that was great! Hey, next time let's get Meg to be Boss Hog and Chris can be Anus.
Brian: Enos.
Peter: What'd I say?
Brian: Anus.
Peter: HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Peter: I think the lesson here is, it really doesn't matter where you're from, as long as we're all the same religion.

Chris: Where do you think you go when you die?
Sam: I learned in church that if you're good you go to heaven, but if you're bad you go to a place where the dead believe they're still livin' and they pray for death but death won't come.
Chris: UPN?

  Episode Goofs
Peter and Brian are seen in the General Lee jumping over a large hill, with Chris and Sam underneath. Then the episode broke into a commercial break. When it returned, Chris and Sam were gone, and the hill had changed completely.

The kickstand on Chris' bike is on the wrong side, this mistake has been made before in an earlier episode.

The paper dissapears after Chris hands it to Herbert (the creepy old guy) for the first time.

The moonshine jug and Lois' glass disappear after the racoon jumps out of her blouse.

At first, the phone at the new house is touchtone, then it turns to a rotary, then back to touchtone.

  Cultural References
The Car

The way Peter and Brian make the family car look is similar to the look of the car in "The Dukes of Hazzard". Many other jokes in this episode are also closely related to The Dukes Of Hazzard.

Lois: I made it with shake n' bake.

Stewie says "and I helped", after Lois says she made the dinner. These two lines are from the old shake n' bake commercial.

Waylon Jennings: Them Griffin boys better grow some wings.

Waylon Jennings would often narrarate certain scenes for the hit show "The Dukes of Hazzard".

Peter to Paul Simon: Oh fine, and I suppose we're also not going with "Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Lowery's Seasoning Salt."

"Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme" was another famous song/album by Simon and Garfunkel.

Stewie: I've got blisters on me fingers!

Stewie's line is exactly the same as Ringo's at the end of the Beatle's "Helter Skelter".
