The Maggiore family finds life in the restaurant business. The father, Tomaso, owns multiple restaurants in Phoenix and San Diego. Now it's time for Joey and Melissa, his children, to make it on their own. Joey owns a chain of restaurants, Joey's Smokin Barbeque, and this program follows him as he opens his flagship restaurant. Meanwhile, Melissa is opening her own full service eatery and must audition executive chefs.
