Fantastic Snore: Another Flatliner For The FourRating: 2 likes, 1 dislikes The Fantastic Four has never been done right in the animated medium, not unless you look VERY hard and find gems like the second season of the much lambasted 1990's series and the original Hannah Barbera series, even episodes with HERBIE The Robot are better than this latest modern take on the franchise. 1x22: Shell Games recap: Susan and Ben are helping Reed install new security equipment in the Baxter Building. Johnny is busy having H.E.R.B.I.E. add racing stripes and flames to the Fantasticar. They're interrupted when Iron Man, clad in one of his older gray suits, opens fire on the building. Ben is knocked off the building and Susan goes to her rescue. When Iron Man scratches the Fantasticar, Johnny attacks him. Reed confirms that the suit is worn by Tony Stark's bodyguard while Ben leaps onto their attacker. He fires a blast into Ben's face, knocking him loose. He falls onto the Fantasticar and Iron Man blasts Susan back. Angry, she cuts off the armor's helmet with a force field and they discover that it's empty. It continues to attack them and Reed confirms that it's operated by remote control. 1x20: Out Of Time recap: In the age of dinosaurs, Reed warns everyone not to touch anything so they can avoid changing the future. Ben looks guiltily at the Tyrannosaurus Rex he was forced to knock out. He also warns them not to mess with the temporal stasis devices on their arms that allow them to exist in the past. They are unaware that a small robot spider-drone has attached itself to the Fantasticar. Reed tries to figure out how the dinosaurs were wiped out, and Johnny points out the giant meteor heading toward them. They quickly leave as the meteor strikes... read more.

1x17: Doomsday Plus One recap: An ocean liner is putting out to see from New York City when a giant sea creature attacks it and sinks it as the crew leap to safety. The tugboat pulling it out almost goes under with the wreck until a flying man lifts it clear of the water and dumps it on the dock. The man announces to the crowds that he is Namor, Ruler of Atlantis, and all surface-dwellers are banned from using the oceans and seas... read more.

1x16: Strings recap: As Ben and Johnny try to sleep and find themselves the victims of each others' practical jokes, a robot drone flies toward the Baxter Building. Reed is working in his laboratory while playing chess against H.E.R.B.I.E. when the computer suddenly stutters and says one word: Doom. Meanwhile, the drone's cloaked passengers enter the building and blast down a vault door. Inside are various pieces of equipment, including Dr. Doom's mask.
