The Fantastic Four are taking a day off to walk the streets of New York City and have some quality time. Reed is using VR goggles to do his computer work, while Johnny wants to go home and pick up his new car. Sue berates Reed for not taking a break, but he insists he's dedicating only 49% of his attention to his work. Johnny starts another fight with Ben, but manages to cover himself in popcorn when he turns on his flame near corn. An irritated Susan finally uses her powers and separates them all to get their attention. However, the street suddenly cracks open and an enormous monster, Giganto, emerges from below.
