Recap

The Fantastic Four are taking a day off to walk the streets of New York City and have some quality time. Reed is using VR goggles to do his computer work, while Johnny wants to go home and pick up his new car. Sue berates Reed for not taking a break, but he insists he's dedicating only 49% of his attention to his work. Johnny starts another fight with Ben, but manages to cover himself in popcorn when he turns on his flame near corn. An irritated Susan finally uses her powers and separates them all to get their attention. However, the street suddenly cracks open and an enormous monster, Giganto, emerges from below. It grabs Susan and the rest of the team springs into action. ..

Episode Quotes
Susan: Reed, you agreed to take a break.
Reed: What? I am taking a break. Only 49% of my attention is on the lab. The other 51% is enjoying my morning here with you.

(as Giganto attacks the Baxter Building)
Johnny: Whoa, whoa, whoa, big guy! I got all my stuff in there!
Ben: Yeah, you wouldn't want Giganto here to smash all your toy cars.
Johnny: Models. They're model cars, Ben. My toys are in storage.

Reed: Hold it off. I'll be right back.
Susan: Let me guess, you're getting something from your lab.
Reed: What do you expect? I have a really great lab.

Johnny: (to Giganto) Step away from the building. No monsters allowed. Not including Ben.

Ben: How come we always get the giant monsters?
Reed: I could talk to Doom, maybe he could send us a giant robot.
Ben: Sure, that'd be a nice change.

Reed: But I brought my plasma flashlight.
Johnny: Phone call for Mr. N. Erd.
Ben: It's all right, buddy. We can use your flashlight later.

Reed: As long as the Mole Man thinks we are prisoners, he'll ignore us. And we need to know how he's controlling Giganto.
Susan: Uh, we're not really calling that thing "Giganto," are we?

Ben: Any more bright ideas?
Reed: Well, we could try and have them imprint on you. It's not ideal, but at least you wouldn't have them destroy the surface world.
Ben: Well, I might have them destroy Johnny.
Johnny: I heard that.

Reed: Amazing to think that such a creature could live undisturbed for what must have been millennia.
The Mole Man: Must you prattle on?
Ben: Hey, only we get to say stuff like that.
