Billie is a lieutenant with the LAPD and in charge of an undercover division, The Candy Store, which carries no badges and is deep undercover at all times. The Candy Store keeps everything that is seizes and uses it to maintain cover. It's designed to bring the worst criminals that can sometimes act outside the law.
