Episode Summary
 

While out in a new car that Billie acquired, Van and Deaq come across a group of bikers that knocked up a diamond jeweler. The thieves turn out to be three women. They then pose as high end jewel fences to gain their trust in hopes of bringing them down. When things go bad, Van finds himself in a position to make dangerous decision.

Episode Goofs
 
When the police officer put his motorcycle into the back windshield of the Mustang, you could tell it was dropped in and did not come from the side. A side impact would have kept the bike moving past the car after it broke the windshield.

Van: ...is like one of those orange jumpsuit extra guys at the end of a James Bond movie. I bagged the Goldfinger.

James Bond has been a cinematic icon for over 40 years. His character is an English secret agent/spy traveling the world trying to foil the evil plots of the criminal organization, SPECTRE. Goldfinger was the main villain in the 1964 Bond film of the same name.
 
Billie: What if it were Steve McQueen's car from Bullitt?

Bullet was a 1968 film starring Steve McQueen about a Frank Bullitt, a cop assigned to protect a witness. When that witness is attacked and cops are killed. He vows to find the killers and the mafia boss who enlisted them.

Huggy Bear was a police snitch in the 1975-79 TV crime drama and 2004 comedy film, Starsky & Hutch.

Adam-12 was a crime/drama spin-off of the classic show, Dragnet, that aired from 1968-75. Its premise was a veteran cop was partnered up with a rookie and patrolled the streets for the LAPD. The call sign of their squad car was Adam-12.
