While undercover trying to bring down Gavin West 3 years earlier, Billie got herself hooked on heroin while trying to maintain cover. She eventually kicked it. | Van's odd ball choices for the name of their club - Rocky III, Glenngarry Glen Ross, and The Original Kings of Comedy. All of these choices are film titles. | Gavin West called his Ecstasy lab "The Candy Store" and as it turns out, it isn't two hours away. It's around the corner and just down the alley from Van and Deaq's club, Ryde. |

Episode Quotes |
| |
Aquarius: Now, Ellis Island, they get the tired, broke, huddled masses. Aquarius' spot gets the fly, rich, bubbled asses. | Deaq: Come on, Billie, Aquarius is like family and I like to keep family out of my business.
Billie: I know he's just like family. I just don't care. | Billie: Hey, let me make something clear. This is not an opportunity for the two of you to score some free drinks or knock the nickels out of club chicks. | Billie: Unlike you two, I actually do my police work. This job is not all about tail and Tanqueray. | Van: Ya know, Billie, I've bitten my tongue about a dozen times on this and I've really tried to take the high road, but it's finally official. You're a BITCH!
(Billie shows her badge to Van.)
Billie: Do you see this gold, officer? This gold means YOU'RE MY BITCH! | Gavin West: Have a nice ride?
Van: Ya, I always wanted to get thrown into the trunk of a car, blindfolded, and driven around for two hours with my buddies head up my ass. | Deaq: Where my dogs at?
Van: Woof, Woof. |

Van: Stop talking to us like we're Teletubbies.
Teletubbies are the title characters to a show that ran from 1997-2001 that was designed and geared towards infants and very young toddlers. They repeat fun, infant-pleasing activities such as rolling on the ground, laughing, running about, and watching real children on the televisions on their bellies. | In this episode they do a take on the MasterCard 'Priceless' commercials. Here they show what it costs to start a hit club:
Biz Markie - $60,000 a night, Pimpy Door Guy - $1,000 a night, Homemade Swedish Vodka - $450 a bottle,... Hotties Behind the Bar - Priceless | Van: Like DeNiro in Taxi Driver.
Taxi Driver was a 1976 film starring Robert DeNiro where he is a New York City taxi driver who all of a sudden begins to lash out at the dregs of society after numerous run-ins with different individuals. | Capt. Bob Parish: I'm the one who told Frick and Frack over there.
Frick and Frack is a commonly used slang phrase for any two people closely related as it pertains to work. Its origin comes from a famous partnership of Swiss comedy ice skaters, Werner Groebli and Hans Mauch, who used Frick and Frack as their stage names. |
