A rookie officer, Jarod, comes to Billie with information on a pair of blackmailers that have been targeting cops and getting them to steal items from the evidence room. Billie orders Van and Deaq to have Jarod help them much to their dismay. Jarod is still wet behind the ears and could cost them the case if he makes the tiniest of mistakes. When the bust goes down, Jarod must take what he’s learned from them and save the live of one of the team.

| (To Van.)
Billie: This is earth, a planet ruled by politicians. If you don't like it, try space travel. | Van: You were a terrible student, weren't you?
Deaq: Straight A's, baby.
Van: But did you ever learn anything?
Deaq: Ya, how to get A's. | (To Van.)
Johnny O: You're a penis tease, man. | Jarod: I don't care what you do to him. He's my snitch. Kill him. | (While being pinned down by gun fire.)
Deaq: I can't even get a look at what I'm shootin' at.
Billie: Neither can they.
Deaq: Well, it's more of them and they got bigger guns. |
| |
| In an obvious voice-over, Jarod says, "He's got the cops on the inside willing to roll. He's got brains. He's got the money to front". Unfortunately he mouths the word 'balls' when he says "brains". |

| Deaq: Well, Van's getting his grouch face Yoda on right now, but I think what the boy needs is some smooth movin' Obi-Wan.
This is a reference to the Star Wars universe where Yoda and Obi-Wan were Jedi Masters and they would teach the way of the Force in different ways. Yoda was more strict and harsh, while Obi-Wan was more calm and flowing. |
| |
| Van: I have a gun on you. In ten seconds, I'm pulling the trigger. You don't believe me, ask him. (Motions towards Deaq.) I already shot him once.
This is a reference to the episode, "Girls Own Juice", where Van shot Deaq in the ass to prevent him from being a hostage. |
