3 priests are living on Craggy Island, a small island off the mainland of Ireland. Father Ted gets a call from an Irish documentary and is told that he will be in an interview on the television. Meanwhile the carnival comes to the island. Can Father Ted juggle an excited Dougal, a drunk Father Jack and the TV crew all at the same time?

It's time for the annual all priests lookalike competition and Ted, in hope of beating Father Dick Byrne decides to dress up as Elvis Presley, only to find out that Dougal and Father Jack are going as Elvis as well. Father Ted is also made to look after the host of the competition, Henry Sellers. Father Ted must formulate a plan to win the competition.
