The Lifeguard - Recap

One morning, a woman is found unconscious on the beach. Bud credits Flipper with saving the woman’s life by towing her for miles to the shore. Porter learns she is the wife of an oceanographer and fell from her husband’s boat in the night. When Mr. Borden is reunited with his wife he wants to test Flipper’s lifesaving abilities. Flipper is not interested in being the subject of a staged experiment and ignores the proceedings. When Borden is injured by a water skier however, Flipper comes to the rescue. Borden realizes dolphins do respond to human needs.
