Recap

When a couple stop in a gas station, their little girl Tina slips out of the car and into Porter's parked truck. Porter then drives home unaware of the runaway on board. At the Ricks cottage, Tina introduces herself to Bud and the two set sail on his raft for an afternoon of treasure hunting. At sea, the raft breaks apart and the children take refuge inside a buoy. By pounding on the buoy's floor and rocking the buoy side to side, the children hope to attract attention to their plight. Flipper discovers the two and leads Porter to their rescue. Tina is reunited with her parents...
