In the Season 7 opener, Jeff settles into his new home and works with high-profile clients, including actor George Eads. Elsewhere, Andy is enlisted to help the team at a trade show.
Jeff hires a friend as his new design assistant in anticipation of Jenni's approaching maternity leave, but Andy is jealous of the new hire. Meanwhile, Jeff helps an old friend revamp her home.
The staffers take a road trip when Jeff accepts a quick design gig in Arizona. Elsewhere, Zoila flexes her authority over the other housekeepers.
Jeff decides that he wants to sell Gramercy and go back into the flipping business.
Jenni's due date arrives, and the birthing process intrigues Jeff. Meanwhile, Jeff works for celebrity clients Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Lisa G.
Just as Jeff is about to put Gramercy on the market, his client and good friend, Jeanne Shaw, asks him to fly to Nashville to help her buy a new home. Jeff leaves Megan in charge of the office, but she meets resistance from Zoila. When Jeff returns, he has a heart-to-heart with Gage about selling Gramercy.
Megan steps into Jenni's shoes as she goes onto maternity leave. Jeff soon has to bring Jenni back however when things get more and more hectic and complicated.
Jenni returns to work, only to find out that inappropriate behavior has spiraled completely out of control. A new intern decides to leave and Jeff ends up at a counseling session.
Jenni has to try and maintain order in the office. Jeff has worried celebrity clients George Ead and his wife concerned about their budget. The team go on a bonding exercise in New Mexico.
The Jeff Lewis Design team arrives at a remote facility in rural New Mexico to deal with and hopefully ease their issues with one another. As they undergo a series of therapy sessions and team building exercises, conflicts rise to an explosive confrontation between staff members.
