Blooregard "Bloo" Q. Kazoo, voiced by Keith Ferguson
When Mac was three years old, he created Bloo, his best friend. Bloo's top priority is having lots of fun, which often leads to a lot of mischief. He was sent to live in Foster's home for imaginary friends because Mac's mother thought Mac had outgrown the need for an imaginary friend. However, he and Mac still spend every day together at Foster's, where they still manage to cause the occasional bit of trouble. |
