The trip to the mall proves to be a very stressful one for Frankie as she learns that the imaginary friends can be quite a handful. She ends up falling asleep in a vibrating chair and she wakes up to learn that everyone else is scattered in different parts of the mall. Curiosity eventually gets the best of him and he opens the door, to discover "Scribbles". Scribbles are basically unwanted or incomplete imaginary friends that were considered pests by everyone else, so they were simply locked up.
