Daphne Moon Crane, played by Jane Leeves

Daphne Moon is the quirky Personal Physiotherapist from Manchester, she moved in with Frasier and Martin in the pilot episode when Martin needed a physiotherapist after he got shot in the hip. She lived with Frasier and Martin at the Elliot Bay Towers for 9 years. She often makes remarks about her upbringing in Manchester. Many thing's that she mentions often make Frasier and Martin question Daphne's sanity.

She is the object of attraction of Dr. Niles Crane but for 7 years she has no idea about it. She was engaged to Donnie Douglas and Clive.
 
 
Dr. Frasier Crane, played by Kelsey Grammer

Dr. Frasier Crane is a high cultured radio shrink. Previously he lived in Boston and was married to Dr. Lilith Sternin, who were then divorced. He then moved to Seattle when his ex-policeman father (Martin Crane) got shot in the hip when trying to stop a Grocery Store robbery. He lived with his dad in appartment 1901 at the Elliot Bay Towers in Seattle. Frasier enjoys fine wines, the opera, playing squash with his brother Niles and african art.
 
 
Dr. Niles Crane, played by David Hyde Pierce (1)

Dr. Niles Crane, younger brother of Dr. Frasier Crane. Possibly the most popular character on the show. Shares many of the same interests as Frasier such as fine wines and the opera.

He was married to the controlling Maris (who is never seen), but they got divorced. His love interest is really with Daphne Moon. However for most of the show Daphne has no idea how Niles feels about her.

Niles has a different opinion about psychiatry than Frasier and referrs Frasier's radio show as "Pop Psychiatry". Niles has his own practice.
 
 
Eddie, played by Enzo

Enzo the son of the original dog that played Eddie "Moose". Enzo played Eddie in the later seasons of Frasier for the more phsyical tricks since his dad Moose was getting too old for the tricks.
 
 
  Eddie, played by Moose

Eddie, the funny dog of the appartment 1901 household. A well bred and trained dog by Martin Crane that performs many tricks. Eddie annoys Frasier by staring at him constantly. The only person that has been shown to beat Eddie in a staring contest is Martin.

Moose played Eddie for the full 11 years Frasier was on air. In the later seasons Moose's son Enzo performed the more physical tricks since Moose was getting older. However whenever there was a scene where Eddie had to sit down or lie down, Moose played the part.
 
 
Martin Crane, played by John Mahoney (1)

Martin "Marty" Crane is an ex-police man and ex solider who served in Korea he got shot on duty trying to stop a grocery store robbery. He was married to Hester for many years until she passed away. Martin couldn't be any different from Frasier and Niles, Martin enjoys sports, barbeques and beer. He has a dog named Eddie which he adores. He often makes extremely funny jokes about Frasier and Niles' lifestyle.
 
 
  Robert "Bulldog" Briscoe [S04 - S06, recurring otherwise], played by Dan Butler (1)

Bob 'Bulldog' Briscoe, the loud sports enthusiast whose radio show comes on after Frasier's. His trademark radio booth entrance with the loud gongs and such annoy Frasier. He's always making remarks about how high cultured Frasier and Niles are. He's always usually either talking about sports or women.
 
 
Roz Doyle, played by Peri Gilpin

Roz Doyle, the producer of Dr. Frasier Crane's radio show. Even though Frasier has the higher intellect in phsychiatry, Roz can run the show when it comes to radio. Roz is good friends with the Crane family. In the early years Frasier and Niles frequently made very comical remarks about Roz's active sex life.

She enjoys going out to Seattle at nights, has a daughter called Alice and frequently visits Frasier's appartment to hang out.
