Freakazoid, voiced by Paul Rugg
Freakazoid is Dexter Douglas’ counterpart, in which he lives inside of his head. While Dexter Douglas can control his counterpart to an extent, Freakazoid is, for the most part, his own entity. The information he obtained in cyberspace granted him incredible strength and agility, in which he can defeat even the strongest of opponents easily, though his poor frame of mind often proves to be his downfall. Freakazoid seldom uses his powers incorrectly and he often attempts to fly whenever he runs around, which often causes those who watch him some confusion. Freakazoid likes to do things that Dexter Douglas cannot, such as bully his brother Duncan or go on dates with Steph, though Freakazoid devotes a lot of time to fighting crime, in which Officer Cosgrove usually provides him with the information he needs. |
