"Friday Night Lights" Summary |

Friday Night Lights, based on the novel and film of the same name, focuses on the all-star high school football team in the town of Dillon, Texas, where nothing is more important than winning the game come Friday night. This season, the 'Dillon Panthers' are expected to win the State Championship under the guidance of first-year coach, Eric Taylor. However, when the star quarterback Jason Street is paralyzed in the first game of the season, the pressure is on both Coach Taylor and the boys to rise from the tragedy and continue to win games. As the season progresses, from pre-season games to playoffs, Coach Taylor molds the boys into the champions he knows they can be, as well as strong young men.
