Glenn Morshower and Daniella Alonso have joined NBC's "Friday Night Lights" in recurring roles.

On the critically praised series, which returns for a second season in the fall, Morshower will play Chad Clarke, a state champion Panther-turned-cop and father of Landry Clarke (Jesse Plemons). Alonso will play Carlotta, a no-nonsense in-home nurse who helps Matt Saracen (Zach Gilford) care for his grandmother, who has Alzheimer's.
